Koleksiyon: Screw Compressor Series
Screw compressors are a primary power source in many industrial applications, particularly where efficiency and cost-effectiveness are crucial.
These compressors operate through a screw block consisting of two interlocking rotors within a housing. Air is drawn in through the suction port into the compression chamber, filling the spaces between the rotor teeth. As the rotors turn in opposite directions, they close off the suction opening and create a compression zone between the housing and the rotor teeth. This rotation compresses the air within the narrowing gaps between the teeth, and the compressed air is then expelled from the screw block outlet.
Screw compressors are designed without valves or complex mechanical components that could cause imbalance. This design allows them to achieve high flow rates with compact dimensions and operate efficiently at high speeds. They are available with either fixed or variable speed drive options.
